Our goal is to link these two groups together to promote growth, job creation, and improvement in the community. We care about our local communities and that's why we work with local employers, chamber of commerce departments, colleges and universities, television stations, and radio stations in each area to promote our services. We want local job seekers to be able to find local jobs in each area and we want to help local employers find these job seekers.
Our Software
All of our Nationwide Job Shop web sites use our proprietary software to enable local employers and local job seekers to come together. With this software employers can post job listings on our local web sites to find candidates in their local area. Employers are able to track statistics related to their job listing and accept communication from browsing job seekers using their account control panel. Employers can also access and search our local resume database containing resumes submitted by job seekers. Job Seekers can use our local web sites to instantly search job listings by category, location, job title, or keyword. Job seekers can also post and manage their resume online.
